Warsaw sent reinforcements to Lodz. The Social' Democrats of Warsaw hare' issued the> following, proclamation; — In order to show solidarity of the brothers of Lodz, we protest, against the new and incessant crimes of the Czar's Government. Warsaw must*, stop work.' Not a single factory must open on Monday. All offices, banks, shops, and restaurants must close, and all traffic cease. The red flag will float in the streets. Some rioting and' encounters with" the authorities havo . already begun among Warsaw workmen. Corn fields in the . Czestocotiowa district are afire. " Eight companies of infantry and a squadron of dragoons have been sent from Warsaw. ( Soldiers, without waiting for orders, fired volleys, killing 18 and wounding 42., The insurrection in 'Poland is spreading rapidly.
