A SERIOUS BREAK.

GREYMOUTH, May 19. A serious break occurred in the Blacklock coal aerial line yesterday, which will stop work at the mines for some time. The lino broke and over thirty travelling trucks were smashed. The line is getting much worn, and there is much discontent in the district at delay in completing tho short piece of railway required to connect the pit's mouth with the main line. Tho company have guaranteed interest on tho outlay.
