AU.QKL&ND, February. 6. . A large crowd attended the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court, which are of more than ordinary interest, including several charges of homicide. Judge Edwards, in charging the Grand Jury, said that the evidence against Murton, charged with the murder; of ; , a woman.- at -Mercer, was purely .circumstantial,' and the jury might find a bill of manslaughter or murder, and leave it to the common jury to decide.
Much interest, is being taken in the case of Dr Collins, who is charged with manslaughter arising out of tlie Royal Commission re the hospital I .
