AUCKLAND, November 30. The Takapuna Jockey Club's Spring Meeting was continued to-day in. fine weather. The attendance was good, and j£6,213 was passed through the totalisators. »fisl9 was invested on the double machine on the'Stanlev and Spring Handicaps won by ' Gweniad'^and Avalanche respectively. Ten investoio received -246 14s each. Concluding results-: — Vaxhaull Handicap.— Sir Giliad 1, Jean 2, Lycia 3. All started. Won, by a neck after a good finish. Time lmin 33secs. Dividends, .£3 15s 6d and £1 Bs. Second Pony Handicap. — Solitary 1, Sally Homer 2, Whawai 3 - Dividends, .£9 11s 6d and illls 6d.
