Press Association.— Telegraph.— CopjTigKt^ SYDNEY, November 25. > At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank , of New South Wales the net profits were shown at ,£120,4.35. A dividend at the rate of 10 per cent, was declared, and .£20,000 added to the reserve, which now amounts to .£1,370,000. The president, in moving the adoption of the report, referred to the increased outlook for pastoralists and agriculturists. Throughout the Commonwealth there were now prospects of a moderately good harvest. Business otherwise, however, did not- show much sign of improvement. Traders generally complained that business was very quiet." The report was adopted. Sir Norman D. Maclaurin was re-elected, and Mr H. M. Faithful was elected a director in place of Mr Mackellar, resigned.
