Japanese Retire from Shaho. Japanese Estimate of Russian Losses. LONDON, October 23. A Tokio message of yesterday^ date reports that the Russians are concentrating against Kuroki. , A detachment of Russian cavalry has crossed the Taitseho east of Pensihu.
