'"Mr Rush's new advertisement to-night, deals, with - picture frame's. Mr Riibs reports a Jargely increasing business in this line, a fact which is the most forcible argument that could be applied as to quality of work.
"Qaulity" is the keynote of business at Dexter's Furnishing Warehouse. Mr Dexter aims at supplying the best of everything at the lowest price consistent with fair profit. Hence a reputation tha.t, needless to say, is amply upheld.

Mr J. J. Buckrell issues a new bargain list with this issue. Mr Buckrell intends to make the last daya of his sale as lively as the first, and to this end further price cutting is the order. The list is of interest to men as well as women.
To-morrow at 2 p.m., at Aram oho, Mr J. H. Keesing will hold an important sale of freehold property. The block is a very valuable one, being in area about 1\ acres and having three cottages and the Aramoho Laundry erected thereon. The sale will be held under instructions from the Public Trustee.
It may not be generally known that Messrs Thomson and Co., grocers, deal somewhat extensively in farm produce. The firm have always on hand a big- stock of wheat, oats, chaff, potatoes, etc., which they turn over at a very Bmall profit only to themselves. The attention of horseowners and others interested" is directed to a new advertisement elsewhere.
Messrs Joseph Paul and Co. are making a special show of gent's Paris silk ties in the side window leading into the clothing partment. This line of ties have been oecured at a special job price, simply x on account oi' the boxes being, a little out of condition, the goods themselves being perfect. There are no poor, quality goods among them, the cheapest being" worth at least Is 6d, while they run up in Value to 3s 9d each. The whole 50 dozen are being offered at ons price, namely, one shilling a tie. You pay your money and take your pick. Now gents. ____________
