Japanese Troops Entering Korea.
Frees Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright Received January 28, 10.3 p.m. LONDON, January 28. The Japanese cruisers Nisshin and Kasuga have arrived at Colombo. Japanese troops, disguised as coolies, are gradually entering Korea. It is intended to double the Japanese land and income taxes, and thereby raise an additional forty-four million yen.
