ST. PETERSBUEG, December 26.

Evidence was given at the Kishiueff trials showing that Uie massacre was organised by many prominent citizens, who were not arrested on the charge of collusion preferred against them. The defending' counsel appealed tc- the- Court to permit the necessary steps being taken to bring the guilt home. The appeal was refused, hence they abandoned their briefs.
