NEW YOBK, September 4.

The Agricultural Bureau has issued a report that the average condition of the cotton crop was 81.2 per cent, the highest for ten years. ■ Subsequent rumours that the cotton corner had practically ended led to a pjindemonium in New York, prices breaking badly all round, and closed feverish and unsettled.
