(Per United Press Association.) NAPIER, August 19. The balance-sheet of the Napier Park Racing Club shows that the Club came out' about square on the year's operations. The tote roceipts were J23748 more than in the previous year. Each meeting showed a substantial profit. Mr J. McVay was .elected, president.
