TRAP ACCIDENT.
A. trap accident, attended- with somewhat serious results, occurred on the Gonville road near the. .hospital, .shortly after noon • yesterday. , Messrs W. Hogari,' A. Robb, and F. Old's wet* returning from a 'drive to" CastlecHff/whonith«- horse shied "at an approaching- engine on -the railway line'/Tlte animal swerved off the. road, and -the? vehicle 'capsized in. some rough ground ! cl6se to'the line,: all thrbe occupants. being ' thrown 1 out., Mr Hogan was,fouhd»to have .sustained severe injuries, and was carried by,,Mr Darby to "the Hospital wtie're an examination disclosed the fact that he waß suffering from a dislocated left fihoulder and a contusion of the letf thig-h., Mr Olds had several tibß fractured/ and Mr Robb had thg luck to- e3cape with a 'few small braises. The engine was pulled up some distance from the. scene, of the, accident, ■xnd. the engine-driver" and guard ' ran to the assistance of the occupants of the trap. -
