A wire rope used for hoisting brleka ta a .building- in course of erection in Victoria S^reet^ came' in contact' with the eleqtrie light wires this morning, with' the result that a horse which was ' used to .do the work collapsed" under the shock: -. Not knowing tlie cause, several workmen rushi ed to lift the animal, but as soon as they touched it they were knocked sprawling. None were'seridtisly hiirt; though bruised and- suffering from the shock.
