A Child Crushed to Death.
THAMES, December 5.
An Jnqiiest was held this afternoon into' the. death of Stanley Roy Davis, a three-year-old. child, who was accidentally crushed to death by being run over by a 'dray. His father was engaged in carting metal, and deceased was riding on top of the load. ' The shaft horse gave a lurch to one side, and Davis, on looking back to see the cause, saw his son lying on the . road, the wheel of the cart having gone right over his body. Death was instan- , taneous. A verdict of accidental death was "returned. i' '
