The special services in celebration of the ann^yersary of the Baptist Church will be held to-morrow, when the Rev. Aithu ,Dewdney will preach,* morning and even ing. The subject foE,tlie morning is, "The Inspiration front tjje Past," and in thf evening; "The Summons of the- Future." The choir will render appropriate music, at each .service. .'On Tuesday next the annual .tea will take place. The- meeting to follow wi}l beot special character, when , a marble memorial tablet erected to the memory -of the late* Rev: Harold Peters will be unVeiled; The Rev. Chas. Dallaston, of Wellington, and the Rev. v R. M Ryburn -will give addresses appropriate to .the .occasion, and special anthems will be - rendered by the choir. > . -. \ Attention is drawn to the subject to be given -.by the Christadelphians to-inorro'w evening in the Druids' Hall, at 7 o'clock, •viz,, "Jerusalem: Past, Present, and Future.* As the Gospel is so connected with Jerusalem, especially its realisation in the future, the subject will no doubt bring many *" interested to hear. At Mathieson Street on -Sunday evening Mr Clapham will 'speak on "The Relation of Baptism/ to the Blood of Christ."
