Received December 5, 9.32 a.m. LONDON, December 4. t Germany for months has strongly op? posed the Russian and Austrian efforts' tp ' induce' the Suitan to grant reforms in Macedonia, .declaring their rash diplomacy imperilled the peace of Europe. Finding opposition futile, Germany has suddenly, urged the same reforms, her newspapers completely ignoring Austria's sliare in enforcing the reforms. The Vienna newspapers express disgust.
