Co.'s fine steamer Aotea sails a* usual to-morrow mornin? for Pipiriki and the beautiful upper reaches, at 7 o'clock.* To-morrow at 7 a.m., Messrs Hatrick and Co.'* fast new express passenger steamer Waione will make the usual fine excursion to Pipiriki, returning the following day. The firm's office opens from 7.30 to 9.15 p.m., for the purpose of booking passage*. Mr J. L. Stevenson, the local agent of the Tyier Line, Ltd., is advised that the Indraghiri will arrive at Wanganui on Sunday, the 15th inst. She will have a large cargo at frozen meat to ■hip— about 26,000 carcases, beside* 480 bale* of wool and 350. cask* of tallow and pelt* from the Wanganui Freezing Company's work*.

In the Divisional Court of the King's Bench recently Boosey and Co. obtained an injunction, and recovered £115 and costs from Jas. Poole and Sons, Ltd., who had infringed their copyright in "The Holy City/ Wade's Worm- Fig*— the Wonderful Worm Worrier*— are a safe and sure remedy, in 1* boxes; told everywhere.
