Hopeful Prelude to ' Break-up of Drought.
Received June 10, 9.43 a.m. SYDNEY, June 10. Excepting the north-western district and portions of the coast, the whole coast benfited by the rain, which 'was specially good in the eastern Bivina and south-eastern areas. I Over two inches of rain fell at Eiandra, but only light showers out west. | Splendid general rains have fallen in Victoria and South Australia, and they are considered a hopeful prelude to the break-up of the drought is New South Waits.
