Press AMoci^tion— Telegraph-Copyright Received February 14, 9.50 a.m. PERTH, February 14. The cable steamer Scotia has aboard 1500 miles of cable. After this is laid, the cable staff join the steamer Andlia, which will lay the Pacific cable between Brisbane, Norfolk Island, and New Zealand.
