Deputation to Sip J. G. Ward

(Per United Press Association.) • WELLINGTON, November 27. Delegates from the various branches of the, Post and Telegraph Association of New Zealand waited as a deputation on Sir Joseph Ward this morning, aud brought under his notice a number of matters connected with the administration of the post and telegraph service, which were very favourably received by the Minister. Sir Joseph Ward and the s Hon. R. Seddon go south late to-night* and will be present at the Otago Show on Friday.
