Beceived November 25, 9.3 a.m. LONDON, November 24. Great Britain has accepted Canada's offer of an additional 600 mounted in-

fantry for South Africa. ' The Duke of Devonshire, speaking at Eastbourne, in reply to a suggestion made by the Radicals, said that any parleying with the Boers would prolong the war. The British Government must be the judges of the right moment when to grant the new States self-govern-ment.
