THE WELLINGTON TEAM.

' WELLINGTON, June 16. The following team has been picked to represent Wellington against Nelson on Wednesday: Full back, Wrigley; three-quarters, Mclntyre, 'Wallace and Jacobs; wings, Gallagher and H. Kelly; forwards, Wvlie, Dodd, Adams, Skelton, O'Brien, McAnnally and J. Spencer.

At the last meeting of the Management Committee of the N.Z. Rugby Union, a question was submitted by the Wanganui Union, which the committee at its previous meeting had referred to tho Appeal Committee, as the latter considered it a subject for the Management Cbmmitte to deal with. The question was: "When one club, in order to obtain the services of a player, pays his subscription due to another club, is' not such act a breach of the rules of professionalism?" The Management Committo decided to answer in the affirmative.
