MR JAMES BELLRINGER.
(Per United .Press Association.) . NEW PLYMOUTH. June 17. ' Mr James Bollringor, one of tho best .known publio men of TaranaM, died this morning of heart failure. Deceased was for many years a Borough Councillor, and four times Mayor. He was also for a long time chairman of tho HosCl Board, and was also a prominent on and Oddfellow.
