OPINION OF THE BOARD. OF
EXPERTS.
Received June 15, at 9.35 a.m. SYDNEY, June 15*. Tho Board of Experts appointed to enquire into the Sydenham railway accident, are unanimously of. opinion that it was due to the excessive speed of tho engine, which was not suitable for high speed on a line which was at and near the point of derailment, *nd was not in good order.
