THE DRUNKARDS' BILL
LONDON, May 19. The Government has adopted. and remodelled the Drunkard»~Bill, introduced in the House of -Lords by the Bishop of Winchester. One of the Government's amendments granted a hußband Reparation from a wife who was proven to be an habitual 'drunkard.
