NEW ZEALANDEES RETURNING.

Received May 18, 9.30 a.m. SYDNEY, May 18. The ' New Zealand troops have arrived here from Melbourne, and sail in the Monowai to-day. The State Premier 'has informed the Hon. Mr Seddon that it is impo^ule fo rhim or any of Hb colleagues t« accept the invitation to visit New Zealand at the time of the Royal visit, owing to the pending State elections. All are much disappointed, and wish New Zealand the same success as Sydney and -Melbourne had over the Commonwealth celebrations.
