5 BAND No. 1. : "Allegro Maestoso- — Nice opening, goring well; nice ending. ' Moderato.. — Trombone only fair in opening; cornets coining in nicely; band nice 0 at' bars ■16 and 17 ; duo-ca-denza hardly together in first groups; better afterwards; second cornet a little too loud. ~ • . , - Allegro Non-tfoppo.-^Good opening; nice playing in this Band; repeat opened nicely;, nice smart cornets in bars 18 and> 19. „. ; '>• . . •< 'Andante Moderate — Opening nicely; nice cornet; very nice tasty playing; Bund comes in nice bar 9; all nicely together; nice inside parts; nice diminuendo'^ bars 13 and 14; very nice playing in this movement.
