Received July 16, at 9 a.m. LONDON, July 13. The Daily Mail states that the Cossacks captured six Krupp guns at Tientsin and 3000 Chinese were killed, including General Key. The British Consul at Shanghai has little doubt abont the fate of the foreigners at Pekin. HONG KONG, .July 15. In response to an Imperial edict the Viceroys of several Chinese provinces are sending troops to Pekin nominally for the purpose of suppressing the Boxer rebellion.
