Eos 3 (wife of John Ross, settler) is suemg T. W. llislop (barrister) for ,£5Ol damages for the alleged faulty handling of a law suit against G. Hutchison. The defence ia a genera! denial, and that a settlement of tho suit was made with the full knowledge and approbation of the plaintiff.
