(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 20. At present there are only five eases set down for hearing at the sitting of tho Appeal Court on Monday in the Supreme Coiut. Annie P. Eos 3 (wife of John Ross, settler) is suemg T. W. llislop (barrister) for ,£5Ol damages for the alleged faulty handling of a law suit against G. Hutchison. The defence ia a genera! denial, and that a settlement of tho suit was made with the full knowledge and approbation of the plaintiff.
