For United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, via Vancouver (due in London 14th March), per train at 4.10 p.m. Conneots with s.s. Mekoia at Wellington, and Vancouver steamer at Sydney. Money orders at 3 p.m.) The rate for parcels to Canada is now jne shilling per lb. Tasmania having agreed to revert to the old book post rates, instructions lately issued have been cancelled, and the rates remain as shown in the Postal Guide. Book post rates for Tasmania are now the same as that for Queensland for any weight nob exceeding 6oz, 3d; every additional 2oz or fraotion thereof Id.
