For United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, via Vancouver (due in London 14th March), per train at 4.10 p.m. Connects with s.s. Mokoia at Wellington, and Vancouver steamer at Sydney. Money orders at 3 p.m.) The rate for parcels to Canada is now one shilling per lb. The Moravian will leave Melbourne on the 24th of January for Natal and Capetown. Mails for Noumea and Fiji close at Sydney on the 25th inst. Tasmania having agreed to revert to the old book post rates, instructions lately issued have been cancelled, and the rates remain as shown in the Postal Guide. Book- post rates for Tasmania are now the same as that for Queensland for any weight not exceeding Boz, 3d ; every additional 2oz or fraction thereof "Id.
