Government should increase the allow- !":£- ance for students studying- for the Minis-"4-try from £40 to JJ6O, and defray the ,; /fees of Maori medical students; that v. ' .-promising scholars be helped on to the £<?/end of their college .course; educated pKjMaori girls should l be taught nursing in at the Government's expense; /^technical schools should be established and Otihi; local option eitended to Maori electorates; and if the ,%'Governinent were persuaded the work of ffTjtke^oung Maori Party would likely be .^'beneficial, a financial grant should be i\ -made to help them carry on the work.
