OCCUPATION OF SPITZKGP AND NEWCASTLE BY BOERS. COLLISION OF TWO REFUGEE TRAINS. EIGHT PERSONS KILLED. Received October 16, nfc 8.46 a.m. CAPETOWN, October 15. Nisbott warned the Boers he held tho railway line and declared the trains must proceed. Tho Bocr3 havu occupied Spitzkop and Newcastle. Two trains, crowded with refugees from Bloemfontein, collided on the Victoria Road Station, Cape Colony. Eight persons wero killod.
