Delaney, £1 ss. F. MoHugh (Mr Treadwell) v. P. Pauapa, £18 9s Gd. T. Rowe (Mr Watt) v., D. A. Snow, £16 14a 2d; amount to be 'paid within one month, in default one month's imprisonment. DEFENDED OASES. John Brennan v Jas. Connolly, claim £9 10s. After hearing the statements of plaintiff and defendant, Hjs Worship adjourned the further hearing in order to permit the defendant to obtain further particulars. J. Thain and Co. (MrFitzherbert) v W. E. Gascoigne, claim £38 19s 7d. After ! hearing the evidence j adgment was entered by consent for £33 10s 23, with costs £2 15s, and solicitor's fee £2 12 a.
