Wellington, January 14.

The Charles Edward camo into port last night, and reported that the Sir Henry went ashore on Wednesday night at 10 o'clook. She was bouna for Lyttelton and Groymouth with 100 tons of produce. She was sighted by the Charles Edward at 3 o'clock yesterday with her ensign reversed. The steamer mado several attempts to tow her off, but the line broke, and sho left the vessel high and dry, and returned last evening for a longer towline to mako a further attempt.
