Todd's Statement.

Melbourne, January.
Todd has made a statement, in which he says he was intimate with the girl Ambroso, and when sho became pregnant Radatgko said that for his sake she would removQ. tho trouble. She took tho girl into her house as a servant. On the day Ambroso' died, Radatgke and. Jamieson informed him that after tho former had used some of Condy's fluid, Ambroso gave a loud scream and fell back dead. They tried to restore her with water bottles and brandy. He then, discusssd with both women various methods of disposing of the body, and dcoided to put it into tho Yarra. Radatgko and Jamioson undertook to romovo tho clothing, sew tho body in bagging,and put it in a boot box belonging to Jamieson. Then he detailed how ho and Jamieson, with a> crap, conveyed tho body and threw it into the river. Subsequently Jamieson informed him she had burned deceased's clothes and cut her hair off.
