Tampering with British Concessions.
(By Electric Telegraph— Copyright^ (Per United Press Association.) (Received June 9, at 12.50 a.m.) London, June 8. The Times says that despite official assurances, the Tsung-li-Yamen has modified the regulations regarding the navigation of the inland waters of China, tampering with the British concessions ana infringing tho treaty rights. Sir Claude Macdonald, British Minister at Pekin, has required the Chinese Government to rectify the infringement.
