The Rubin Protest Dismissed. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 27. The stewards of the Otaki Races held an enquiry into the runnitg of Rubin in the Stewards' Handicap on the second day, which he won, as compared with his efforts on the previous day and decided to pay the stakes to the owner and pay out on Rubin.
