MITCHELL & CO. having erected Extensive Works, and installed tho most Modern and Up-to-Date Machinery, and Plant for the pm-pose of carrying on the business of Meat Freezers, Preservers, Cold Storers, Ac, in addition to their Wholesale and Retail Butobering business, beg to notify Stock-owners, Farmers and Shippers that they are now prepared to treat all Stock entrusted to their care for shipment on owners' account at current rates, or to purchase same. GBADING AND CLASSIFICATION. Our system of grading and classification of meat for shipment will be on the most recent lines, and such as Bhall place all consignments upon the Home Markets most advantageously for shippers. Special attention is drawn to tho fact that, having one of the most complete Preserving and Tinning Plants on this Coast, we are prepared to treat all stock overfat and unsuitable for shippers. In connection with our Works, it is our intention to add the industry of Bacon Curing, and having every facility for bo doing we shall be enabled to cure Bacon, not only on our own account, but also on behalf of clients, ALL THE YEAB ROUND.
