BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE. "VTOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting oE the Wanganui Borougb Council to JLI be heia at 7.30"p.m. on TUESDAY, the 7th aay of June, 1898, at the Borough Council Chambers, St. Hill Street, it is their intention to make ana levy a General Rate of lOd in the £ for the year 1898-9, under the provisions of " The Munioipal Corporations Act, 1886," ana " Rating Act, 1894," on all the Rateable Properties in the Borough, such Rate to be payable on 30th September, 1898.
