We hereby give notice that we have instructed onr solicitors, Messrs Speed and Durston, of Perth, to accept service of a writ of the Supreme Court of West Australia on cur behalf, provided the writ is issued three months before the sitting of the Court, so that we may have sufficient time to attend.
