(Receivea May 26, at 9.50 a.m.)^ Washington, May 25. The ohaplain of the Amerioan Senate offered a prayer up for Queen Victoria, and a closer Anglo-American union. Mr Day, assistant-Secretary of State for America, telegraphed to the military camp at Tampa, where the officers dined in honor of the Queen's Birthday, stating that the Government were watching the celebration with friendly interest, and suggested that a royal salute should be .fired in> tho Queen's honor.
