A member of the Volksraad attests tho correctness of the memorandum made by Kotze of the intorview in 1895, when Kruger threatened him with suspension i unless tho judges uphold the resolutions of tho Volksraad. Capetown, March 18. It la reported that the Gape Crown Law Officers hold that the dismissal di JudgiS KotKS is a breach of the London Convention. Mr Cecil Rhodes states tllat the present Government ot; the Transvaal only exists on a basis of 1500 votes, and embarrasses, the union of South Africa, '
