♦ ' , Messrs Brown and Poison, the celebrated Paisley firm of Com Flour fame, have brought out a new preparation of their Corn Flour for homo-baking, whioh thojr havo named " Paisley Flour." It is to be mixed one part with aix to eight of ordinary flour, for wising and improving soonei, cakei, pastry, and household bread, and when nsed no yeast, baking soda, or other raising agent is required. The poouliar ndrantages of " Paisley Flour " are that the work of baking is made quite simple, and the prooeis of rising is so assisted that success is assured. Bread is improved in fl»ronr, and made essy'of digestion even when new. Everyone who bakes at home •hould try it at once. A free sample paoket may be had on application to J. B.
