NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS, AND ACCEPTANCES. Nominations close at the Secretary's office, Woodville, at 8.15 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 13th March, 1895. Weights will ba declared on WEDNESDAY, the 20th March, 1895. Entries for Maiden Plate and acceptances close at the Secretary's office, Woodvillo, at 5.30 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 29th March, 1895. CONDITIONS.

1 No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 2 All races on this programme are open to " hacks " only. 3 Hacks shall mean horses that havo never -won an advertised stake exceeding the uett value of 40 soys at time of start (hack and hunter races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, St. Leger, or Sapling Stakes at time of start. 4No entry will be received for any race, except upon condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall he final. sln all nominations description, age, pedigree, performances, and colours must be given. 6 Metropolitan Racing Bules will be strictly adhered to.

Persons at a distance wishing to invest on tho totalisator can do bo by addressing their communications to the Secretary, W.D.J.0., Woodville, to arrive at least half an hour before the advertised time for starting each race. No investments will bo made unless the instructions are accompanied by Bank Draft, P.O. Orders, Postal Notes, or Money Older Telegrams. Cheques will not be received. Investors must state briefly the race and horee they wish their money invested on. No notice will be taken of contingent instructions. Telegrams will not be replied to unless marked "Reply paid." Dividends will be paid f reo of charge, and accounts will be rendered within seven days after the meeting. Telegraph Office at Woodville closes at 5 o'clock. WM. NICHOLSON, Secretary.
