Any owner failing to declaro his colours at timo of entry will be fined 2 soys, uulessthc colours of the owner of the horse are duly registered. All entries can be made on the Ciub'B printed forms of entry, and must be sent to the Secretary of the Wancanui Jockey Club, Wangauui from whom entry forms can be obtained. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at ifie earliest possible opportuity. All horses must be ridden in colours.
