ANOTHER FIRE AT GISBORNE.

(Per United Press Asiooiation).

Gisboehb, January 12. The Royal Hotel, owned and occupied by Fred Martin, was destroyed by fire last night. The loss was a total one and a number of lodgers in. the hotel had all their property destroyed. It is supposed that the fire -was caused by the upsetting of a lamp by tho earthquake. The insurances are £900 on the building in the Phoenix and £450 on fche contents in the Commercial Union.
