Entries by telegram must bo confirmed at the earliest possible opportunity, and must be addressed to the "Secretary, Wanganui Jockey Club," entrance fees enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, colours of rider, and performance? of the horse. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner a distinguishing colour must be declared and worn. Neglect of this rule will be punished by a fine of 2 soys.
