RULES & REGULATIONS. All entries, nominations, &c. will close at the Secretary's Office at 9 p.m., except where otherwise stated, and should be made on the Club's printed forms of entry. Entries by telegram must be confirmed at the earliest possible opportunity, and must be addressed to the "Secretary, Wanganui Jockey Club," entrance fees enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, colours of rider, and perlormancet of the horse. When two or more horses start the property of the same ownor a distinguishing colour must be declared and worn. Neglect of this rule will be punished by a fine of 2 soys.
