At (ho Supreme Court this morning, the Chief Justice delivered judgment in the case of Richardson nnd others itrsi's the owners of the ship Rangitikei. The claim was for silvage arising in the Napier roadstead, where the ship was in danger through dragging her anchors. His Honor decided that £1000 should be paid to the owners, the master, and crew of the steamers Fanny and Ahuriri, who went to the assistance of the Rangitikei. Tho judgment carried costs.
